Frequently Asked Questions

How long does this bread last?

Our Panetone breads can last up to 6 months in the freezer when stored properly. Once thawed, and baked they’re best enjoyed within 2–3 days for that soft, fluffy texture. Freezing helps preserve the flavour, but for the freshest taste, avoid refreezing once defrosted!

What shelf should I bake the bread on?

For the best results, bake bread on the middle shelf of the oven. This ensures even heat circulation, preventing the bottom from burning or the top from browning too quickly. You might need to adjust the temperature slightly lower if using a fan-forced oven. Hot Meat Box Tip: For extra crispiness, place a tray of water in the oven to create steam while baking!
