Top Up Your Tank Fuel & Meat Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

  1. The "Top Up Your Tank Fuel & Meat Giveaway" promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Kennerley Gourmet Grocery, trading as The Meat Box ("Promoter"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  1. The Promotion will run from 1st October 2023 at 12:00 AM NZST until 31st October 2023 at 11:59 PM NZST ("Promotion Period").
  1. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must place a valid and completed order on www.themeatbox.co.nz during the Promotion Period. Each individual order placed will be considered as one entry into the draw.
  1. The winner of the Promotion will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Monday, 5th November 2023. The winner will be the Purchaser and will be contacted using the contact details provided during the order placement process. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, the prize will be withdrawn, and an alternate winner will be selected in the same manner.
  1. The winner's first name and first initial of their surname including the city/town will be announced on the Promoter's official social media channels and communicated via email to all participants. 
  1. The prize for the winner of the Promotion consists 1 Butchers Box to a value of $99.95, plus $1000 Z Fuel Vouchers. 
  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with or undermining the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any other event beyond the control of the Promoter. 
  1. By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal data provided during the order placement process for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
