Cooking Tips
  1. Remove the chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking, to let it come up to room temperature, and preheat oven to 220 degrees
  2. Drizzle the chicken with oil and season well with our 'Chicken Herbes' single use herb sachet.
  3. Take a bay leaf, some thyme, rosemary and a lemon and place inside cavity of chicken (be sure to knife prick lemon all over first).
  4. Turn heat down immediately to 200 degrees and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cover with tin foil then place a tea towel on top also. Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting/portioning.

    Chicken at its finest

    This chicken is the best I’ve eaten, In years so worth it really heavy with meat had at least 8 meals from it hot and cold as a single person it works out so much better than frozen or pre roasted. Stuffing delicious
