Ingredients
Pulled Pork (use desired amount from a 1kg packet)
Paneton Ciabatta rolls (heated according to packet instructions) or your choice of bread
300g Coleslaw
Mayonnaise
2 potatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C
- Remove the desired amount of pulled pork from the packet.
- Place the pulled pork in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 4-6 minutes, or until heated through.
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into thick chip shapes.
- Place the potato chips in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the potato chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Heat rolls in oven or air fryer according to packet instructions for freshly baked rolls
- Slice the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with a generous portion of heated pulled pork.
- Add a scoop of coleslaw on top of the pulled pork.
- Place the top half of the ciabatta roll over the coleslaw to form a slider.
- Serve the pulled pork sliders hot with a side of air fryer chips.
