  • 200g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C

  • Prepare the Pork and Vegetables: In a large baking dish, toss the sliced pork loin, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and green beans with olive oil, butter, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.

  • Bake the Pork and Veggies: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, beef stock, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

  • Add the Sauce: After 25 minutes, pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables, stirring gently to coat everything evenly. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the sauce is bubbling, the green beans are tender, and the pork is cooked through.

  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
