500g Rice

  1. Begin by rinsing the white rice grains with cold water until the water runs clear. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan on the stove, and add 1 ½ cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  2. While the rice is cooking, prepare the Thai Green Curry Feast. Start by stir-frying the chicken until it is fully cooked. In a pan, combine the stir-fried chicken with the Thai Green Curry Sauce. Simmer the mixture until it is heated through, allowing the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding a dash of red pepper flakes or sliced chili for an extra kick if desired.
  3.  Once the rice has cooked, remove it from heat and let it stand covered for an additional 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the perfect texture.
